1. End of the contract: For guests from the home the return of the signed contract is obliging within 8 days as a reservation, for guests from abroad if a deposit has come at the rate of 30% of the agreed whole price with us. Please, have understanding if we otherwise award your reservation, precalled conditions should not be fulfilled.
2. Payment terms: The payment occurs through bar payment or EC-Cash as a rule on the day of the departure. With group reservations from 10 people a deposit occurs to begin with at the rate of 30% of the total.

4. Achievements, prices: In our price the additional costs (stream, water, heating, garbage disposal, etc.) are included. The equipment varies according to category. Final cleaning by renting of the flats from 5 days plus.
5. Cancellation terms: With reservations up to 2 rooms a resignation to 5 days before journey remains toll-free, then a calculation of 75% of the overnight stay price occurs. With group reservations of more than 2 rooms, a resignation to 14 days before journey remains toll-free, then a calculation of 60% of the overnight stay price occurs. With reservations from 8 rooms a resignation till 4 weeks before journey remains toll-free, then a calculation of 50% of the overnight stay price occurs. The fee can be remitted by short-term new renting.
6. Resignation on the part of the renter: In cases of not predictable higher power the hire contract can be discontinued. The renter is urged in all other cases (Überbuchungen etc.) to provide for adequate substitute. A financial compensation is excluded.
7. Domestic animals: Domestic animals are admitted only after previous arrangement and are calculated with 4€ per day.

Extract from the guest admission contract

1. Aloof rooms are available to the guest from 14.00 o'clock.
2. Provided that expressly a later arrival time is not agreed, the owner of the pension reserves himself the right to award the ordered room or the holiday apartment after 18.00 o'clock otherwise.
3. The guest undertakes to pay the agreed or company-customary price less from the owner of the pension to saved expenditures if not claimed of the contractual achievements.
4. Company reservations and group reservations occur only in writing, the people to be accommodated are to be performed with name and address as an appendix. The account occurs to begin with with 30% of deposit and the rest with departure.
5. A free parking bay is available to you for your vehicle. For theft or damages no liability is assumed.
6. This is a legal venue for the area of the pension company responsible court.
